In order to free up space on the homepage I have moved a large section of the older UPDATES to this page.

UPDATE 12/1/08:

James Rivera has now changed his last name to Quinn. This is the name if his youngest son (Jame's nicknamed him "The Mighty Quinn")

Also,

James has falsely claimed to be affiliated with Langenburg Research and their technology.

The name, companies and product may change but the theft is still the same.

He is now telling some people to come to this site directly and saying that this is defamation and it is all lies. My opinion as to why is that he most likely feels that someone will find this site on a search and he wants to show that he is aware of it to take away the credibility of the information. If this is defamation of his character then why hasn't he tried to sue me and have the site removed?

UPDATE 12/17/08

James Rivera (Quinn)  is selling his Davis Energy MERV efficient heating/cooling units that are supposed to be produced in either Roseburg Oregon and/or California for around $1700.00, accepting payments via Paypal and credit card. last count he had about 50-100 units "sold" in the Multi Level Marketing arena. PLEASE BEWARE OF THE LATEST SCAM!!

UPDATE 1/30/09

James has two websites that he is using to contact and sell his "MERV" systems, these are scams just like the rest!

1) http://www.greendaddyproject.net/

as of 1/30/09 this site shows James' company name "I Really Wish I Had That". around $60,000 was written to this "company" from myself and two other people involved in the scam that I outline on this website.

2) HVAC4Pennies.com

This site also shows a windmill that James doesn't own or control. The YouTube videos were private videos shot of the inventor, Brad Sorensen describing his prototype. I had invested in this concept as well during the scam I outline on this website.

UPDATE 2/2/09:

It was brought to my attention that James does not own the HVAC4Pennies site. Although it still references fraudulent items such as the windmills that are not owned or controlled by James in anyway and the same HVAC system that James is trying to offer people with no proof of viability or honest business track records that can be independently referenced and confirmed I still have an obligation to the owner of the site to state that again, James Rivera/Quinn did not create this site per an email I received tonight. Hope this provides further clarification.

UPDATE 2/13/09:

Yet another site listing James' HVAC  system as well as an automotive product. http://www.getmostmpg.com/

UPDATE 3/1/09:

Due to the following email listing www.JamesRiveraExposed.com as being this site I registered it today and pointed it to www.AlmightyWind.info, FYI.

I just received an email that I assume was sent to a large number of people concerning James and the continued fraud that I also believe is still happening. For the record I did not "hack" into the email system nor would I even if I knew how to do that.
That being said here's a copy of the email and a slight clarification of the facts listed:

Clarification:

The Ionyte and AquaLyte were products that Fred Kaufman created and included as part of the "MLM" that James offered. Fred and two other people were partners in the Xionyx company but as far as I can see they did not know of the fraud and also lost money and product by trusting James with there businesses being included in the MLM offering. As far as I know Paul Montgomery is a real person and from what I hear a good person. Also, I have been told by a few people that the QERV unit is indeed real.  James will most likely tell you that I am a crazy person that hacked into his site, I did not and am not crazy. James has continued to claim that he owns the rights to the QERV technology and will most likely use one or two people to help back up his claim.
