Announcement Security Breach!!
We have discovered another serious breach of our phones, data base, email system, and
website. We have temporarily shut down all of our emails and most of our phone system. We
have hired a world class security company to make sure our communication, information, and
data systems are safe from the type of compromises we have struggled with over these last two
months. By Tuesday of next week our website and email will be hosted by a dedicated secure
server with military grade encryptions and will be fully operational again.
It will be impossible to infiltrate our systems after the security company installs all of their measures.
On tonight’s webinar we will talk more about this and the upcoming tour. We MUST put these
security issues to rest before we can launch. All of our efforts have been diverted from the tour
to security. The security company has informed us it may take up to two weeks to have
everything in place. We have postponed the start of the tour until Feb 15, 2009 as a result.
We also will have a professional security company (body guards) that will accompany us on the tour.
We apologize for the further delays. However, we must protect all of our interest and future
with our life changing technology. We will have new announcements on this site next Tue.

Sincerely,
Paul Montgomery
President

Road Trip
We are preparing for an extensive road trip with the Air QERV & Q5 filter. The trip has been delayed about 10 days as we have to finish some new patent filings before we let people see our technology up close and personal. On this trip we are going to be meeting with various business leaders and making final preparations for manufacturing. At each stop we will be giving live presentations of the technologies and hope to meet many of you. Here is a list of stops we have on our list so far:
Dallas, TX
Houston, TX
Boston, MA
St Louis, MO
Somewhere in: FL, TN, CO

Road Trip
Next week we will be going on the road with one of our Air QERV units with the Q-5 filter. We will post our schedule within the next few days. At each stop we have scheduled meetings. We would like to take this opportunity to meet many of you that are in the vicinity. Our first stop is today in Salt Lake City, UT. We will be there through Saturday. If you wish to meet our president Paul send your request to mpaul@ireallywishihadthat.com right away. Someone will contact with time and location.
12/31/2008
Happy New Year Everyone!! We have been working hard to set up manufacturing over these last two weeks. We have received thousands of Non-disclosures from people who want to get involved. It will take us all next week to process them all along with the many coming in daily. We have increased our staff recently and expect to have a handle on the volume of emails and faxes coming into the office by the end of next week.

General Technology and Opportunity Overview Recorded Call Although we will continue with scheduled calls we do not anticipate having another opportunity overview until right before launch. Use these recordings to familiarize yourselves and your referrals to this opportunity.
Website Retooling
We are having this site completely retooled with a comprehensive interactive site that will aid you in your sales efforts. We also intend to offer this as a duplicatable site. The new site will be ready just before product launch.
Rumor Buster
James is still very much involved with the company. There is a rumor that he has resigned. Not true. James is working diligently everyday to give birth to this life altering technology.

Staging Areas
We no longer have any equipment in OR. We are erecting staging areas with the technology to Dallas, TX, Southern CA, and somewhere back east TBD.

Do You Want To Get Involved??
If you wish to be included in our emailing list to receive bi-monthly updates, and take the first step to being a distributor go to the New Dealer tab atop of this page. There you will fill out and electronically sign an NCND form. Once completed and submitted you will start to receive updates to your provided email address. You will also receive a brochure automatically. Our office is no longer processing these manually.
Are you still waiting for your brochure and have sent us a completed NCND?
We apologize. We have not been able to keep up with the volume. If you have not received a brochure please follow the instructions given in the above paragraph. This will put you into our system automatically and you will receive your brochure through our automated system.

Consumer Financing
We are close to securing consumer financing for the Air Q.E.R.V. The company we have been introduced to takes on A, B, C, D, and even F paper with FICO scores in the low 500's. This should be of great assistance to all of our distributors in moving product especially when the enormous saving a customer will realize is enough to cover a new payment while still putting several dollars in their pockets every month.

Next Open House
Our next open house will be within the next couple weeks. We no longer have any equipment in OR. Our entire operations have moved. The next staging area will be in close proximity to a major airport. We intend to have a handful of these initially around the country. Further announcements will be given next week on our progress.

01/14/2009
Filtration
Check out the Filtration tab atop this page. It has a complete overview of our Q-5 filter that comes standard with every Air QERV.

New Brochure

Compensation Plan Update
We have to do a basic overhaul of the compensation plan that was presented to us last week. We expect to have a new version completed by the end of next week. We will keep you posted. Once the plan is done we will be able to sign up distributors officially.

Contact Manager & Mailing List
We apologize for not making our goal of being able to give bi-weekly updates via email. We are having a challenge with getting our contact manager software, Access, and our web site to play nice with each other. We hope to have this resolved by next week.

01/16/2009
Google Check-Out
Man oh man this merchant stuff is really frustrating. Google check out had returned the orders they processed saying our business model is not compatible with their service. We are loading a new online service we have approval for and it should be operational by the end of Monday so you can buy the sprays and Air QERV. Sorry for the hassle.

INSTALLATION MANUAL PAGE:

I Really Wish I Had That!
HomeFAQ'sNew Dist Pre-RegistryFiltrationInvestor RelationsAir Q.E.R.V. BrochureStudy OrdersInstallation ManuelBlogEnergy & Mood Sprays

This is intended as a brief overview only.  A complete manuel will be available just prior to launch.  These are basic instructions for any heat recovery ventilator.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read and save these entire instructions before starting the installation.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons or animals, observe the following: Use this unit only in the manner intended by the manufacturer. If you have any questions or doubts, contact a qualified installer or I Really Wish I Had That,  Inc. Before servicing or cleaning this unit, disconnect the power by unplugging it from the 110-120 Volt AC outlet. If a suitable Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) 110-120 Volt AC grounded outlet is not within reach of the Air QERV power cord, a new GFI outlet needs to be installed. The installation of this outlet must be done by a qualified person(s) in accordance with all applicable Codes and Standards. The Air QERV is equipped with a grounded plug. This safety feature must never be defeated.
WARNING: For your safety and protection follow all instructions and adhere to applicable safety, building and electrical codes.
WARNING: Do not operate this product without ductwork or approved grilles being installed at the fan openings to prevent contact with the fans. Contact with the operating fans will cause serious injury.
WARNING: Do not install this product where it can come in contact with water from flooding or otherwise.
WARNING: Protect the outside vent hoods from ingress of water from rain or other sources.
INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Please read and save these instructions in their entirety before starting the installation.
WHERE AND HOW TO MOUNT
The Air QERV™ should be mounted on shelf brackets that can easily support 75lbs.
DO NOT Set the Air QERV™ flat on a shelf. Condensation will occur between the surface of the Air QERV™ and the shelf.
The minimum mounting height should be 8" off the floor to provide clearance for the condensate drain. For convenience when servicing, mounting the Air QERV™ at chest height is recommended.
The Air QERV should be mounted such that the latches for the door are on top. The hinges for the door should be on the bottom of the unit and slightly hanging over the stand or shelf. When opening the door, do not let it fall down, this would damage the unit.
When preparing the Air QERV shelf brackets, allow for a slight angle so that condensation (if any) will flow to the end of the housing. That will be the location where you will install the condensate drain (low side), if necessary. It is recommended that each connection point to the Air QERV be within 25 feet from its outlet/inlet. As a general rule, keep the total ductwork as short as possible.
ELECTRICAL POWER
You will need a 110-120 Volt AC GFI electrical outlet that can be reached by the Air QERV power cord. The short length of the Air QERV power cord is dictated by the National Electrical Code. The housing of the Air QERV is equipped with a door safety interlock switch. This switch cuts the electrical power to the electric fans and electronic control system when the door of the housing is opened. NEVER defeat or bypass this feature!  Regardless of this safety interlock, you must disconnect the power cord at the electrical outlet before opening the housing.
STANDARD DUCT CONNECTIONS
The fresh outside air intake and stale air exhaust ducts should be kept as short as possible. On the outside of your home, you will need to install hoods to protect the openings from rain. Select a hood that has a built-in screen to prevent access of rodents or birds. If at all possible, install the ducts where they are protected from prevailing winds. Keep the two hoods a minimum of 48" apart to avoid air re-circulation from one hood to the other. Keep the fresh air intake at least 72" away from dryer vents, furnace exhausts, etc.
The fresh air intake duct must be sloped slightly to the outside, away from the Air QERV. This way, condensation collecting in that duct will run to the outside. This duct must also be insulated.
The fresh air to house and stale house air exhaust should be ducted away from each other. The stale house air intake can be located in your furnace room if there is circulation from the house to the furnace room. If there is no ventilation, you will have to install a vent grille in the furnace room door or wall to allow for free air movement. The minimum grille opening should be 64 square inches.
The fresh air to house should be ducted to a location where this fresh air will not be sucked into the stale air intake and be blown outside. Normally, ducting to an adjacent room or the upstairs level of a house will be adequate. Natural circulation inside a home will distribute the fresh air.
NOTE: This product has manually reversible fans, therefore has two different airflow direction labels for the stale air intake and exhaust. Please use the airflow labels marked (A) for Figure 1, ‘Factory Default Configuration’.
See Figure 1
NOTE: Do not use a timer for the Air QERV in external frost control mode. External frost control mode is for applications that run 24 hours a day.
MANUALLY REVERSIBLE FANS
The stale air fan can be manually turned 180° to allow for the vent hoods to be on opposite sides of the heat exchanger. This makes routing the ductwork easier in certain applications. To switch the direction of airflow through one of the fans first make sure that the unit is switched off and not hooked up to power. Next inspect and determine if this configuration fits your installation. Disconnect the 3 quick connects going to the fan that is being reversed. Remove the (2) 5/16” hex head screws from the fan mounting bracket and remove the mounting brackets. Flip the fan around and re-secure it with the (2) mounting brackets and screws. Re-connect the quick connectors and the airflow direction change is complete.
NOTE: This product has manually reversible fans, therefore has two different airflow direction labels for the stale air intake and exhaust. Please use the airflow labels marked (B) for Figure 2, ‘Stale Air Fan Direction Is Reversed ’.
See Figure 2
NOTE: I really Wish I Had That, Inc. recommends that you use metal duct to connect the Air QERV™. Flexible duct does not have a smooth inside surface. This creates turbulence in the airflow and will reduce the flow of air.
INTERNAL FROST PROTECTION
When set on Internal Frost Protection, the built-in electronic thermostat will protect the unit from freezing up under very cold outside conditions. This thermostat is preset at the factory to stop the operation when the fresh air to house cannot be held above approximately 45° F (7°C). When the temperature in your home is 70° F (21° C) the frost protection can normally be expected to activate at an outside temperature of 0° F (-18° C) or lower.
EXTERNAL FROST PROTECTION
When the Air QERV is in the external frost protection mode, the unit will not shut down during very cold outside conditions as it would in internal frost control mode. Instead of shutting down to protect the unit from freezing up, it will provide 24 VAC power to the terminals on the control panel. The 24 VAC terminals are to be used with a 6", 24 VAC, damper. This damper will be installed in a "T" fitting on the fresh air intake side of the Air QERV. When the fresh air to the house is below 45° F (7° C), it will open the damper, allowing some warm house air to mix with the incoming, cold fresh air. This allows for an uninterrupted supply of fresh air, while avoiding freezing of the unit's core.
NOTE: Do not use a timer for the Air QERV in external frost control mode. External frost control mode is for applications that run 24 hours a day.

Typical Central Heating & Cooling System
Today's Problems with modern Catch-All Filters and the Q-5 Complete Solution

A trend that started nearly 15 years ago with central heating and air filtration continues to make the very problems they are supposed to improve much, much worse.

These filters that claim to catch everything from .05 microns and above generally do what they say.  This causes a host of serious problems.  First here is a brief, yet thorough, explanation on how a central system works.  You need to have a basic understanding of this before you can appreciate how our modern filters compromise these systems.

Air conditioners use chemicals that easily convert from a gas to a liquid and back again. This chemical is used to transfer heat from the air inside of a home to the outside air.

The machine has three main parts. They are a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator. The compressor and condenser are usually located on the outside air portion of the air conditioner. The evaporator is located on the inside the house, sometimes as part of a furnace. That's the part that heats your house.

The working fluid arrives at the compressor as a cool, low-pressure gas. The compressor squeezes the fluid. This packs the molecule of the fluid closer together. The closer the molecules are together, the higher its energy and its temperature.

The working fluid leaves the compressor as a hot, high pressure gas and flows into the condenser. If you looked at the air conditioner part outside a house, look for the part that has metal fins all around. The fins act just like a radiator in a car and help the heat go away, or dissipate, more quickly.

When the working fluid leaves the condenser, its temperature is much cooler and it has changed from a gas to a liquid under high pressure. The liquid goes into the evaporator through a very tiny, narrow hole. On the other side, the liquid's pressure drops. When it does it begins to evaporate into a gas.

As the liquid changes to gas and evaporates, it extracts heat from the air around it. The heat in the air is needed to separate the molecules of the fluid from a liquid to a gas.

The evaporator also has metal fins to help in exchange the thermal energy with the surrounding air.

By the time the working fluid leaves the evaporator, it is a cool, low pressure gas. It then returns to the compressor to begin its trip all over again.

Connected to the evaporator is a fan that circulates the air inside the house to blow across the evaporator fins. Hot air is lighter than cold air, so the hot air in the room rises to the top of a room.

There is a vent there where air is sucked into the air conditioner and goes down ducts. The hot air is used to cool the gas in the evaporator. As the heat is removed from the air, the air is cooled. It is then blown into the house through other ducts usually at the floor level.

This continues over and over and over until the room reaches the temperature you want the room cooled to. The thermostat senses that the temperature has reached the right setting and turns off the air conditioner. As the room warms up, the thermostat turns the air conditioner back on until the room reaches the temperature.

Heat Pump
Imagine that you took an air conditioner and flipped it around so that the hot coils were on the inside and the cold coils were on the outside. Then you would have a heater. It turns out that this heater works extremely well. Rather than burning a fuel, what it is doing is "moving heat."

A heat pump is an air conditioner that contains a valve that lets it switch between "air conditioner" and "heater." When the valve is switched one way, the heat pump acts like an air conditioner, and when it is switched the other way it reverses the flow of the liquid inside the heat pump and acts like a heater.

Heat pumps can be extremely efficient in their use of energy. But one problem with most heat pumps is that the coils in the outside air collect ice. The heat pump has to melt this ice periodically, so it switches itself back to air conditioner mode to heat up the coils. To avoid pumping cold air into the house in air conditioner mode, the heat pump also lights up burners or electric strip heaters to heat the cold air that the air conditioner is pumping out. Once the ice is melted, the heat pump switches back to heating mode and turns off the burners.

Here is how modern filters disrupt and compromise these central systems:

Impeded air flow

Electrostatic, Hepa, washable, and any filter that you can’t see through significantly impede airflow when clean.  They start to load up quickly with dust and can cut airflow by as much as 40%.  Most people do not change or clean their filters often enough.  HVAC technicians are even worse than most people at this.

If there is not enough air flow going over the coils to turn the entire refrigerant into gas then you wind up with a gas/liquid mixture which is very inefficient and hard on the equipment.  Ample air flow is needed for this basic function to operate correctly.  The vast majority of central systems I’ve personally tested do not have a large enough return to begin with and are overcharged with Freon.  If they have a brick wall of a filter that exasperates this problem it’s adding more problems on top of others.

Air is like water.  It flows to the paths of least resistance.  If a central system is not getting what it needs through the return, where the filter generally is, then it will pull air from wherever it can.  Let’s say you have a 5 ton unit that is designed to push 2000 CFM or air.  You have an undersized return and a dirty Hepa filter which is allowing an anemic 900 CFM through the return.  But wait, if you add all the air flow from the supply ducts it adds up to 1500 CFM.  The unit is still 500 CFM short of what it is designed to handle but where did the extra 600 CFM come from?  Infiltration, that’s where.  Typically this make-up air will be pulled from dozens of pin hole leaks within the return ducts.  The return ducts are typically located in either the attic or crawl space.  The air in these areas is unconditioned and very dirty.  If the system was getting proper air flow through the filter and return it would not pull from these pin hole leaks.  This is a common scenario where a “good” filter actually causes more dust to be released into the conditioned space and as much as 33% of the air coming from areas you do not want to breathe the air.

The increase of infiltrated air through this dynamic causes the infiltrated dust to collect on the AC coil which is similar to the radiator on your car.  As this dust collects it gets matted down with the condensation the coil produces then you have a perfect bio-nursery for all the bad microbes that make us ill to incubate with all the food, water, and sex they could ever want.  All because of a fancy catch all filter.

The head pressure on a compressor with one of these filters increases tremendously causing your central system to use more power at the compressor and blower.  This also reduces the life and the performance of the central system.

Besides our filter the best filter you can use in my opinion is the $0.99 jobber you can get at any hardware store; one you can see through.  If you want to increase the performance of it simply dust it with a wood polish such as Pledge.  The oils from the spray will stick to the filter media helping it to catch more and it will give the filter an antiseptic quality.

Our Filter, the complete answer:

The Q-5 filter that comes standard with all our central heating and cooling systems fulfills all the promises that other fancy filters do not and addresses a host of problems other filters do not.

Our filter is self-cleaning.  That’s right, it cleans itself.  You never clean it, replace it, or fool with it.  It does this by a proprietary process that reconfigures all the air and solid particulates that go through it.  What goes in as a piece of dust comes out as healthful breathable air rich in oxygen void of any contaminates. This filter does not impede air flow like today’s modern filters.

Since there isn’t a collection of dust anywhere the environment for explosive microbial growth does not exist like it does with a catch-all filter.  Most people think the flu season is because of cold weather.  Not directly true.  Indirectly it plays a part in that the cold temperatures cause people to spend more time indoors.  This longer exposure to the dirty air our central systems put out is what makes people sick.

To make matters worse modern building practices have continued to make our structures tighter.  They do not breathe like constructions erected before 1973.  Tighter building, infiltration of foul air, and incubated microbes in near perfect incubating conditions on the filter and coil make for a perfect environment to get sick.  The Q-5 does everything a modern catch-all filter was intended to do, and much more.

The Q-5 also works in conjunction with our cooling and heating cores of the Air QERV.  It conditions the air molecules to be able to receive more energy (cooling & heating).  The Q-5 brings air back to life.  This is key to balanced comfort with less needed air flow.  The lively air infused with an abundance of either cooling & heating transfers this energy to other air molecules.  This is the brilliance of the Q-5!
